By using the Platform, subscribing to the Services, or accessing features on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, Conditions, Disclaimers and additional guidelines posted on the Site. You further agree that your relationship with Backtestzone is governed by the provisions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not consent to these TOS, you are required to discontinue use of backtestzone.com, the Services, and the Platform immediately.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between Backtestzone Private Limited, a private limited liability company, doing business as backtestzone.com ("Backtestzone," "we," "us," or "our"), and the individual or entity utilizing the services provided by or through the platform ("Customer," "you," or "your"). If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a third party, company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, its affiliates, and all users accessing the Service through your account to these Terms. In this case, the terms “you” and “your” will apply to the entity and its affiliates. If you lack such authority or do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. You also agree to assume full responsibility and liability for your use of the Service on behalf of the entity, including any disputes or obligations that may arise as a result.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, update, or change the Terms of Service ("Updated Terms") from time to time, so you should review this page periodically. When we change the Agreement in a material manner, we will update the “last modified” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

The Services

Backtestzone will provide active customers in good standing with access to its online automated backtesting software (the “Platform”). For the purposes of this Agreement, the term “Services” refers to Backtestzone’s facilitation of your access to the Platform. Backtestzone will deliver the Services to you under one or more subscriptions, account activations, signups, or orders submitted by you via the backtestzone.com website and accepted by Backtestzone. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of these Terms of Service (TOS) and an Order, the terms outlined in these TOS shall take precedence. By utilizing the Services, you acknowledge and agree that any additional or differing terms proposed by you in any Order or other communication are expressly rejected by Backtestzone, unless such terms have been explicitly agreed to in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Backtestzone.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide Backtestzone with accurate information when setting up your account, during our relationship, and when corresponding with us. On occasion, we may need to communicate with you by e-mail about the Services. You agree to maintain a working e-mail address that is monitored daily and to promptly, inform us of any changes to your e-mail address. We have no responsibility, or liability, for interruptions in the Services, or damages of any sort, based on communications that are misdirected because of your failure to provide us with updated contact information.

You may only use the Platform as set out in these TOS and in any documentation we provide to you. To the extent you allow third parties to use the Platform, you agree to
1. limit their use so that it is consistent with the prior sentence;
2. cause such third party to comply with the terms of these TOS and the Privacy Policy; and
3. remain responsible for any breach of the terms of these TOS or the Privacy Policy by such third party.

The Platform may contain trademark or other ownership notices. You agree not to obscure or remove those notices. The Platform may only be used in a manner that is consistent with the law of the jurisdiction governing these TOS, and where you are located.

Backtestzone is a “service provider” to you, and you are a “customer” of our Services irrespective of whether you pay fees to obtain the Services. Any natural persons accessing or using your Backtestzone account, the websites, pages, features, or content created by you on our Services are deemed your “End Users.” Backtestzone does not have a direct relationship with any of your End Users, therefore Backtestzone is not responsible for how you handle End User information.

Your use of the Service is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

You may not:
- use any “deep-link”, “page-scrape”, “robot”, “spider” or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any manual process to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the Service or any Content or obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Service
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any Content, or any systems or networks connected to the Service, by hacking, password “mining”, or any other illegitimate means
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any Content, or any system or network connected to the Service
- reverse look-up or trace any information of any other user or visitor or otherwise use the Service for the purpose of obtaining information of any other user or visitor
- transmit spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email
- take any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure
- upload invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Service
- impersonate another person or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity, conduct fraud, hide, or attempt to hide your identity
- use any device, software, or process to interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the proper working of the Service or any Content, or any systems or networks connected to the Service, or with any other person’s use of the Service
- conduct, engage in or otherwise process End User information or data to analyze individuals or groups of natural persons for unlawful or discriminatory purposes
- use the Service or any Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by the Terms of Service, or
- store or collect any personally identifiable information that is deemed sensitive or requires special protections under applicable laws. For example, Social Security numbers, passwords, and credit card information
- You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the application. You do not have the right to sublicense the Service, download or modify any portion of the Service, or resell the Service. If you violate the Terms of Service, we reserve the right to terminate your license to the Service without notice.

Any unauthorized use of the Service or any Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

Eligibility

The Service is available only to individuals aged 18 or older. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to deny access to the Service to any individual or entity and may modify eligibility criteria at any time. Access to the Service is prohibited where these Terms or the Service itself conflict with applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

Account information

Account Registration

To access the Service, you must register and create an account by providing your full name, email address, and a password. If you choose to upgrade your account, you will also need to supply payment information. A Backtestzone account grants you access to the features and functionality of the Service, which may be updated or modified at our discretion. We may offer different types of accounts tailored to various user categories.

If you create an account on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity:

The terms “you” and “your” will refer to both you and the entity.
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to act on behalf of the entity and have the legal authority to bind it to this Agreement.
You agree to these terms on behalf of the entity.

Your Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account and password. When registering for an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. To safeguard your account, we strongly recommend using a secure password that includes a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

1. Your responsibilities include:

Informing us immediately if your account or password is compromised, or if you need to deactivate your account.
Ensuring that your account credentials remain private and are not shared with unauthorized individuals.

Backtestzone is not liable for any harm or loss resulting from the theft or misuse of your password or account credentials, or from your failure to adequately protect them. Any damage or liability arising from your account's misuse is your sole responsibility.

2. Managing Your Account:

You can manage your account and customize your interactions with the Service through the account settings available to you. By providing your email address during registration, you consent to receiving Service-related notifications from us via email. These may include legally required notices and important updates about the Service, which will replace traditional postal communications. Additionally, we may use your email address to inform you about changes to the Service or its features. Please note that these communications are an essential part of maintaining your account, and you cannot opt out of them unless you choose to deactivate your account.

By creating an account with Backtestzone, you agree that Backtestzone can use your email address to send you marketing materials, service-related notices, important information messages, special offers, etc.

What we own

All materials on the Service and all Intellectual Property Rights contained therein or related thereto, including text, graphics, user and visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, applications, computer code and associated documentation (collectively, the “Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, arrangement, and “look and feel” of such Content, is owned by or licensed to us and our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights and laws.

Other than as provided herein, Backtestzone does not grant to user any license, express or implied, to the intellectual property of Backtestzone or its licensors. Except as expressly provided in the Terms of Service, no part of the Service and no Content may be copied, reproduced, sold, republished, transmitted, displayed, reposted, or otherwise distributed for public or commercial purposes.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Backtestzone provides you with a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service as expressly permitted by the features and functionality of the Service and the Terms of Service. Backtestzone may terminate this license at any time for any reason or no reason.

The content and market data provided on the Backtestzone platform, including but not limited to charts, alerts, webhooks, and any other forms of information, are licensed for exclusive display-only use. This license is strictly limited to personal or internal business purposes and explicitly prohibits any form of non-display usage. Such prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, any form of automated trading, automated order generation, price referencing, order verification, algorithmic decision-making, algorithmic trading, smart order routing, using data in operations control or risk management programs, or any machine-driven processes that do not involve the direct, human-readable display of such data. Such prohibited cases also include creating products or services based on Backtestzone content, any processing of Backtestzone's content, or any other use cases that undermine the restrictions in place by the Data Providers.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is expressly forbidden not only direct non-display usage by our users but also the development, offering, or utilization of any third-party products, tools or services designed to facilitate or enable such non-display usage of Backtestzone's content and market data. For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby explicitly prohibited for any third party to create, offer, or operate any product or service that:

Utilizes, repurposes, or relies upon Backtestzone's market data, including but not limited to charts, alerts, webhooks, and any forms of information provided by Backtestzone, for any form of automated trading, algorithmic decision-making, or any other non-display purposes.
Facilitates, enables, or encourages Backtestzone users or any other parties to engage in activities that would constitute a breach of this policy, including but not limited to automated order generation, price referencing, order verification, smart order routing, or the use of Backtestzone data in operations control, risk management programs, or any machine-driven processes excluding direct, human-readable display.
Claims compatibility with, or advertises the use of, Backtestzone's features (such as webhooks) for purposes that are explicitly prohibited by Backtestzone's terms, thereby indirectly contributing to violations of Backtestzone's usage restrictions.

This policy applies equally to all entities. The provision of features by Backtestzone is intended solely for permissible uses within the scope of display and personal or internal business purposes, as originally defined. Any interpretation, adaptation, or exploitation of these features that contravenes the spirit or letter of this policy is strictly forbidden. Any attempt by a third-party provider to claim non-usage of Backtestzone's services as a defense for facilitating prohibited uses of Backtestzone's data is hereby declared null and void. The obligations and restrictions contained in this policy apply equally to Backtestzone's direct users and to any third-party entities that provide services or products that interact with, or make use of, Backtestzone's data, irrespective of their direct engagement with the Backtestzone platform.

Except as otherwise expressly permitted, our agreements with Data Providers strictly forbid the sublicensing, assigning, transferring, selling, loaning, or any distribution of Backtestzone content, including market data, for any form of compensation. In addition, you shall not, without the prior expressed written consent of Backtestzone and the relevant Data Providers, make copies of any of the software or documentation that may be provided, electronically or otherwise, including, but not limited to, translating, decompiling, disassembling or creating derivative works.

Except as otherwise expressly permitted by additional agreement, we do not permit commercial usage of any of our services or APIs. We make no warranty and assume no obligation or liability for third party services or software.

Backtestzone reserves the right to take any and all necessary actions, including legal measures, to ensure compliance with these terms, protect its intellectual property, and maintain the integrity of its services. This encompasses conducting audits or investigations into suspected violations, as well as initiating legal proceedings against any parties — whether users or third-party providers — found to be in breach of these terms. Consequences of such breaches include, but are not limited to, the blocking of the user or visitor, termination of their account, and potential legal penalties. Backtestzone may terminate access to its services, seek injunctive relief, and demand damages to safeguard its contractual rights and the interests of its data providers and user community. These actions underscore Backtestzone's commitment to enforcing its policy and preserving the platform's trusted environment.

Billing and Payment

By ordering any subscription on www.Backtestzone.com (including a free trial period), you confirm that you have read and accepted our Terms of Use and you authorize Backtestzone to automatically charge your bank card, PayPal account or other supported payment method according to the billing period manually selected by you.

All paid plans must enter a valid payment account. Free accounts are not required to provide payment account information. An upgrade from the free plan to any paying plan will immediately bill you.

For monthly payment plans, the Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service or upgrade/downgrade.

For annual payment plans, the Service is billed up front for a one (1)-year period and is non-refundable. Your annual plan will automatically renew for successive one (1)-year periods, and you will be charged the applicable fees on each annual anniversary of your purchase, unless you cancel prior to the end of the then-current annual term. There will be no refunds or credits for partial terms of service or upgrade/downgrade.

We reserve the right to change our fees and to institute new charges at any time, upon notice to you via email notice or through posting of such notice on our website, as determined by Backtestzone in our sole discretion. Your use of the Service following such notification constitutes your acceptance of any new or increased fees. Backtestzone shall notify you of any changes to the cost of your services at least 30 days before such change is to take effect. Any change to service pricing will be effective on the next renewal date after 30 days has passed from the date Backtestzone sent notification to you of the price change. All fees are exclusive of all Taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such Taxes, levies, or duties.

If you are setup for automatic renewal, you hereby authorize Backtestzone to automatically charge your payment card for the Fees. If payment is declined by your bank, you hereby authorize Backtestzone re-attempt the transaction one or more times until the payment approved by your bank.

Our obligation to provide the Services is contingent on your payment of the Fees by the date set out on our invoice (“Due Date”). It is Your responsibility to ensure that we receive payment of the Fees. In the event Fees are not paid timely, in addition to any other remedies available at law, Backtestzone may, in its sole discretion, (i) suspend the Services; (ii) charge interest at a rate of 2.0% per month (or the maximum allowed by law) on all unpaid balances; and/or (iii) cancel any Order. Should the Services be suspended, for any reason, Fees will continue to accrue, even during the period of suspension. You agree to indemnify Backtestzone for any costs, including reasonably attorney’s fees, incurred by Backtestzone or any of its affiliates in the collection of Fees after the Due Date.

All billing is recurring, which means you will continue to get billed until you cancel your subscription. You are solely responsible for properly cancelling your Backtestzone subscription. An email request or support ticket asking for your subscription to be cancelled is not considered cancellation. You may cancel your subscription anytime by visiting the billing section of your Profile Settings page. If you cancel the service before your current paid-up period ends, your subscription will remain active until the next due date. After the due date, if no payment is received, your subscription will be stopped.

All payments and pre-payments are non-refundable.

Term

a. Effective Date: These Terms of Service ("TOS") will be effective on the date you click “I accept,” as recorded by our servers, or the date you first access or use the Platform, whichever occurs first. These TOS will remain in effect for as long as any Order remains active.

b. Subscription Renewal: The Services will automatically renew on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, as specified in your Order. The initial subscription period will be referred to as the "Initial Term." After the expiration of the Initial Term, the Services will automatically renew for successive periods of equal duration (each referred to as a "Renewal Term"). In the absence of an Initial Term in your Order, the Initial Term will be one month, with each subsequent Renewal Term also being one month.

c. Trial Period: Backtestzone may, at its discretion, offer a trial period for the Services. The trial may either be free or available for a fee, as indicated on the trial signup page. During the trial period, you will be bound by the same terms and conditions as a paid subscriber. You may cancel the trial at any time and disable future automatic renewals.

d. Subscription Management: You are solely responsible for managing your subscription, including but not limited to, renewal and cancellation.

Privacy

These TOS incorporates our Privacy Policy also. You understand that by using the Service you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information and aggregate data as set forth in our and to have your Personal Information collected, used, transferred to, and processed in India. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures. You acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk. To the extent that these agreements conflict, these TOS shall prevail.

Disclaimer of warranties

This warranty disclaimer extends to any oral or written information you may have received from backtestzone, its employees, third-party vendors, agents or affiliates. You may not rely on such information.

The service and all content are provided on an "as is" and “as available” basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, currentness, freedom from interruption, viruses or other defect, and non-infringement.

Your sole remedy against us for dissatisfaction with the service or any content is to stop using the service or any such content. In no event shall we or our subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, or content providers (our “affiliates”) be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, resulting from the use or inability to use the service or the content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we or our affiliates are advised on the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, backtestzone assumes no liability or responsibility for any:

Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content;
Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service;
Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all information, including personal information or financial information, stored therein;
Any errors, mistakes, losses, damage or unauthorized access resulting from the use of third party applications by you, by your end users, or by backtestzone on your behalf;
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service;
Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party;
Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service; and/or
User content or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party. In no event shall backtestzone, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable to you for any claims, proceedings, liabilities, obligations, damages, losses, or costs in an amount exceeding one dollar.

Various information available through our services or on Backtestzone may be specially obtained by Backtestzone from professional businesses or organizations, such as exchanges, news providers, market data providers and other content providers (including established financial exchanges such as the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ and Chicago Mercantile Exchange), who are believed to be sources of reliable information (collectively, the "Data Providers"). Nevertheless, due to various factors — including the inherent possibility of human and mechanical error — the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, results obtained from use, and correct sequencing of information available through our services and website are not and cannot be guaranteed by Backtestzone. Similarly, we make no warranty and assume no obligation or liability for scripts, indicators, ideas, and other third-party content. Your use of any third-party scripts, indicators, ideas and other content is at your sole risk. Backtestzone does not warrant that the service will be suitable for your needs, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Backtestzone cannot and does not guarantee that the service will work on all websites, as some websites may not be compatible with the backtestzone service. Backtestzone is not responsible for issues related to browser compatibility. Backtestzone is not liable, and expressly disclaims any liability, for the content of any data transferred either to, or from, you via the service provided by us. Backtestzone specifically disclaims any and all warranties regarding services provided by third parties, regardless of whether those services appear to be provided by backtestzone. No warranties made by these third party entities to backtestzone shall be passed through to you, nor shall you claim to be a third party beneficiary of such warranties.

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, hold backtestzone or its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, licensors, agents, employees and/or third party vendors, liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages whatsoever including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill , cost savings, revenue, business, data or use, other intangible losses or any other pecuniary loss by you, any end users or any other third party. You agree that the foregoing limitations apply whether in an action in contract or tort or any other legal theory and apply even if backtestzone has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1. Each party warrants to the other that:

such party has the power, authority and legal right to enter into these TOS and any applicable Order; and
such party has the power, authority and legal right to perform such party’s obligations under these TOS and all incorporated provisions.

2. You represent and warrant to Backtestzone that: (i) you have the experience and knowledge necessary to use the Platform; (ii) you will not rely on the information provided by Backtestzone and will do other reasonable due diligence before entering an investment or trade decisions.

Changes to the Service

Backtestzone is committed to continuous innovation to enhance user experience by introducing new features and services. As such, we reserve the right to make changes to the Service at any time without prior notice. These changes may include, but are not limited to, modifying the Service, introducing new features, discontinuing the Service or specific features, or imposing usage limits. We may also, at our sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, temporarily or permanently suspend, downgrade, terminate, or restrict your access to the Service. This action may occur for any reason, including but not limited to, a determination that you have violated any term of this Agreement, or for no specified reason. Please note, we do not guarantee backward compatibility of the Service or its Application Programming Interface (API) in the event of such changes. If your access to the Service is terminated for any reason, the terms of this Agreement will remain in effect and continue to bind you.

Indemnification

You agree to protect and indemnify Backtestzone, along with its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors, against any claims, demands, or losses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, brought by third parties as a result of:

Your use of the Backtestzone services;
Your connection to the Backtestzone services;
Your violation of these Terms of Use; or
Any actions reasonably taken by Backtestzone during its investigation of suspected violations or in determining that a breach of these Terms of Use has occurred.

This indemnification obligation will continue even after you stop using the services.

Termination

Backtestzone offers a simple, online method for cancelling service for future renewals.
Terminating your account disables future automatic renewal. It does not change the status of any past or current invoices. All payments previous are non-refundable. All invoices currently due must be paid to settle the account. You will continue to have access to Backtestzone until the expiration of your pre-paid time period or trial period.
Termination for Your Violation of our Policies: We reserve the right to immediately suspend the Services and/or terminate any Order for a violation of any provision of these TOS, or any of our policies, including the Privacy Policy; or use of the Services in a manner that is contrary to law or generally accepted internet standards. You are not entitled to any type of notice or dispute resolution process should we exercise these rights, nor will you receive a refund of any Fees.
Further, you agree that all terminations, limitations of access and suspensions for cause shall be made in Backtestzone's sole discretion and that Backtestzone shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to the Backtestzone services.
Cause for such termination, limitation of access or suspension shall include, but not be limited to,
- breaches or violations of the Terms of Use or other incorporated agreements or guidelines,
- requests by law enforcement or other government agencies,
- discontinuance or material modification to the Backtestzone services (or any part thereof),
- unexpected technical or security issues or problems,
- extended periods of inactivity,
- and/or engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities

Licenses and Intellectual Property

License from Backtestzone to you.

Backtestzone grants to you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, license to use technology provided by Backtestzone solely to access and use the analytical engines provided by us (collectively, the “Backtestzone Technology”) as part of the Services, as well as the reports generated by the Services (“Reports”). This license extends only to those users associated with your account (“Registered Users”). This license terminates on the expiration or termination of these TOS.

Except for the license rights set out above, this license does not grant any additional rights to you. All right, title and interest in the Backtestzone Technology shall remain with Backtestzone or Backtestzone’s licensors. Except as expressly set forth in these TOS, you do not have the right to transfer, lease, lend, sublicense, resell, or distribute; use for timesharing or service bureau use; or allow any third parties to access any portion of the Backtestzone Technology. You are not permitted to circumvent any devices designed to protect Backtestzone’s, or its licensor’s, ownership interests in the Backtestzone Technology provided to you. In addition, you may not modify, reproduce, decompile, reverse assemble, reverse engineer or create derivative works based on any portion of the Backtestzone Technology or any other aspect of the Platform. Upon termination of these TOS, you shall cease using and delete any Backtestzone Technology that is in your possession. You shall cause any third parties who have accessed the Backtestzone Technology to do so as well.

Other than the licenses provided to you in this paragraph, Backtestzone reserves all right, title and interest in, and to, the Backtestzone Technology, including the Platform. This reservation of rights includes, but is not limited to, any derivative uses, improvements or enhancements to the Platform, and also includes any trademark or copyright interest in the Platform.

Licenses from you to Backtestzone

We may use information you provide, or information gathered from your usage of the Platform and Services for the purpose of providing technical support with the implementation, operation or administration of the Services (“Operational Information”), and you grant us a license to do so. Operational Information, as well as aggregate information gleaned from the operation of our business in general, will be used to improve the Services or to create new products and services. We shall be the exclusive owners of the resulting intellectual property. You waive any rights you may have in this intellectual property, and assign all right, title and interest in it to us and agree to cooperate with us to secure our rights. We may sell this Operational Information, otherwise monetize it, or use it to offer other products and services to you. You will not be compensated for this use or have an ownership interest in it.

Accuracy of Information

Backtestzone relies heavily on third-party data feeds to power its Platform and services. As a result, Backtestzone cannot guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the information provided within the Platform. The use of multiple data sources within the same system may lead to discrepancies or inconsistencies across different features or analyses. Backtestzone reserves the right to assign these Terms of Service. You may not transfer or assign these Terms without obtaining prior written consent from Backtestzone. These Terms shall be binding upon, and benefit, the corporate successors and permitted assigns of both parties.

Advertising

Engaging in unauthorized solicitation through Backtestzone is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in consequences, including but not limited to, the suspension or permanent termination of the offending account. Additionally, Backtestzone reserves the right to pursue legal remedies, including seeking monetary compensation or other appropriate damages.
